ROBERT E. LEE: The reason traffic tickets are on the rise in this area is because as municipalities are faced with declining revenues, they have seen this as an indirect source of revenue, and it doesn't affect citizens because they're not taking money from them, but rather through people passing through the county. I've been handling traffic matters in this area of South Carolina for an excess of 18 years now, and knowing the officers, knowing the judges, knowing the court personnel is a key to handling tickets in this area.
